After few runs in nice weather it I reather run in nice weather then crazy unpredictable cold weather and snow.
Week 6 long run. 7.37 min for 0.5 miles. 15.28 for 1 mile. 23.44 min for 1.5 mile. 32.12 min for 2 miles. 41.05 min for 2.5 miles. 50.5 min for 3 miles.
Week 7 long run. 8.13 min 0.5 min. 16.01 min for 1 min. 24.34 min for 1.5 min. 32.32 min for 2 min. 40.10 min for 2.5 min. 48.25 min for 3 min. 56.40 min for 3.5 mi. 1 hr 4.41 min for 4 mi. 1 hr 12.35 min for 4.5 mi. 1 hr 20.34 min 5 mi. 1hr 28.35 min for 5.5 mi. 1 hr 37.35 min for 6 mi. 1 hr 45.20 min for 6.5 mi. 1 hr 53.34 min for 7 mi. 2 hr 02.45 min for 7.5 mi. 2 hr 10.30 min for 8 mi.
