Half Marathon Weeks 4 and 5

It felt so good that the temp was above 40 degrees for this run and not have to bundle up for the colder temps. Stats: 7.36 min for 0.5 mile. 14.51 min for 1 mile. 22.20 min for 1.5 miles. 29.48 min for 2 miles. 30 min for 2.01 miles.

Long run for this week. And back into the colder temps. Stats: 7.40 min for 0.5 mi. 15.15 min for 1 mi. 22.30 min for 1.5 mi. 31.45 min for 2 mi. 40.26 min for 2.5 mi.

Week 5. Not to complain but I’m ready as the next person for the weather to break. I like running in the warmer temps and not have to wear 5 lbs extra in clothing.

I ended up moving my run back a day and I “guilt trip” my man into coming and and run with me. Stats: 7.45 min for 0.5 mi. 15.38 min for 1 mi. 23.15 min for 1.5 mi. 30 min for 1.9 mi.

Today man it felt good that it was warm enough for capris and a t-shirt for this run. And also you gotta love kids. First one was when I was around the 2 mile mark and this 2.5ish old girl waived and said hi and the second one was a mom on a bike hauling two kids in a bike trailer and the boy said hi old man dude. That made me laugh while I was finishing up my run. Stats: 7.45 min for 0.5 mi. 15.04 min for 1 mi. 22.35 min for 1.5 mi. 30.12 mi for 2 mi. 38.08 min for 2.5 min. 46.50 min for 3 mi. 54.45 min for 3.5mi. 1 hr 2.30 min for 4 mi. 1 hr 10.45 min for 4.5 mi. 1 hr 19.25 min for 5 mi. 1 hr 28.10 min 5.5 mi. 1 hr 35.36 min for 6 mi. 1 hr 45.40 min for 6.5 mi.
